Arts & Edibles in Memory of Jonathan D. Pfeffer

Lexington Center for Recovery (LCR) will host its 3rd annual fundraiser, Arts & Edibles in Memory of Jonathan D. Pfeffer, on Sunday, September 26, 2010. Jonathan D. Pfeffer was a young friend who was lost too soon. This year’s event will again honor his memory.

Proceeds generated from the event will help Lexington Center for Recovery raise awareness and funds to support its mission: to assure that the needs of those affected by substance abuse are addressed in a holistic approach to service delivery with the recognition that successful recovery comes with a loving circle of support.

Come early at 1 pm to view all the items at our Silent Action which will be set up under a tent in front of the Clinic at 24 Smith Avenue. Trolley rides will begin here at 2 pm and will continue until 6 p.m. An old time trolley will wind around the trail, making stops at various local restaurants at which attendees may dine on tasty treats. While enjoying the local cuisine, trolley riders can browse and purchase artwork from Hudson Valley artists on display at each location. Last year, more than 300 people attended.

Participating restaurants include A Touch of Jamaica, Bellizzi, Café of Love, Eduardo's, FAB, Grand Prix, La Camilia, Lefteris Gyro II, Mango Cafe, NEO World Bistro, The Fish Cellar, Tuscan Oven, and Via Vanti!
